Free 30-Day Return Policy
We offer a free 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after delivery to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received: unused, in its original packaging, and with any included tags or labels. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Free Returns (Contiguous United States)
For your peace of mind, we offer FREE returns for orders shipped with Standard Mail (2–10 business days) and requested within 30 days of delivery, based on the carrier’s tracking, for returns within the contiguous United States.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the order, please contact us and a representative will help set up a return for a full refund, when applicable.
Return Window and Timing
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery
- Once a return is set up and approved, the package must be shipped back within 30 days
- Returns shipped after this period may be subject to an actual return shipping fee
How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at support@starinkshop.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please print the return label and use it to ship the order back. All returned items must be sent back in their original packaging.
Damages, Defects, and Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
- Certain items cannot be returned, such as artificially damaged goods
- Gift cards are non-returnable

After 30 Days / Product Guarantee
All Starink remanufactured or compatible products are backed by a satisfaction guarantee. If an issue occurs, we will take appropriate action to replace the product or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
Product concerns should be reported within one year from the purchase date to be eligible for refund or replacement consideration. Concerns reported after the one-year period may be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Products over a year old may need to be returned or a new order may need to be placed before a refund is processed. Shipping costs for refunded items are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of a packing error.
Incorrectly Ordered Products and Lost Packages
Any items that were ordered incorrectly and opened are non-refundable. We cannot resell an item once it has been opened. Please double-check your printer model and part numbers when ordering and before opening.
Any incomplete orders, lost packages, or incorrectly received products must be reported within 30 days of the original order date to qualify for a replacement.
Exchange
Purchased the wrong cartridge? As long as it’s unopened and in sellable condition, we will gladly exchange it for the correct item or offer a refund.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are nonrefundable, except in the event of a packing error.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method.
