Return and Refund Policy

Standard 30-Day Return Policy

We offer a standard 30-day return policy for most standard return requests. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. For eligible unopened items beyond this 30-day window, please refer to our extended policy below.

To start a return, please contact us at support@starink-office.com with your order number, the email address used to place the order, and a brief description of the issue.

Please do not reject the package directly or return the item to the sender’s address. Returns must be approved first, and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number may be required. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a standard return, the item should be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging whenever possible. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Opened or used cartridges may still be eligible for support, replacement, or refund if the issue is related to a product defect, damage, print quality problem, or confirmed compatibility concern.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order after delivery and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or does not work with your printer as expected.

If you experience a cartridge error, print quality issue, leakage, or compatibility concern, please contact us before returning the item. Many issues can be resolved quickly through troubleshooting. If the issue cannot be resolved, we will help arrange a replacement or refund based on the situation.

Lifetime Warranty for Product Defects

Starink provides a lifetime warranty against eligible product defects under normal use. If your cartridge has a confirmed product defect, we will help provide troubleshooting, replacement, or refund support according to the situation.

Extended Policy: Wrong Item or No Longer Needed

If you ordered the wrong item or no longer need the product, unused and unopened ink or toner cartridges may be returned within 2 years of the purchase date under the following conditions:

  • Returns requested within 60 days of purchase: No restocking fee for eligible unused and unopened items.
  • Returns requested after 60 days but within 2 years: A 15% restocking fee may apply.

Opened, used, or customer-damaged items that are not related to an inherent product defect are subject to review and are generally non-refundable.

Return Shipping Costs

For defective, damaged, incorrect, or confirmed compatibility-related issues, Starink will fully cover the return shipping cost once the return is approved.

For returns caused by ordering the wrong item, changing your mind, duplicate purchases, or other non-product-related reasons, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We can provide a prepaid shipping label upon request, and the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your final refund.

Exchanges

Purchased the wrong cartridge model? Please contact us before placing a new order. Our support team can help confirm the correct cartridge for your printer model and guide you through the exchange process.

If an exchange is approved, we will provide detailed instructions by email. In some cases, the fastest solution may be to place a new order after your return is accepted.

Lost or Incomplete Orders

Any missing items, incomplete orders, or packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier but not received must be reported within 30 days of the tracking delivery date to qualify for a free replacement or refund consideration.

Refunds Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement after we process it. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact our support team at support@starink-office.com.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for items that were not purchased directly from Starink, items without valid proof of purchase, items damaged due to customer misuse/improper handling, or items returned without prior RMA authorization.
