Shipping Policy
How long will my order take to arrive
We process and dispatch orders from our California warehouses Monday through Friday, typically within 24 hours. Approximately 95% of our online orders are expected to arrive within 1 to 4 business days.
Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
What shipping methods do you provide
At present, we work with DHL, UPS, FedEx, and USPS to offer ground shipping for all orders.
We currently do not provide expedited shipping options such as Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3-Day Select. Please plan accordingly when placing your order.
Where do you ship
We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses, other offshore or island territories, or international destinations.
We do not provide shipping to APO/FPO addresses or international destinations.
How long does it take to ship my order
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. Orders placed after the daily cutoff, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
If an emergency occurs and the order cannot be shipped on time, we will contact you and provide an update.
What's the shipping fee
- Free shipping on orders over $30
- Orders under $30 are charged a flat shipping fee of $4.99
Order status information
In case the item is out of stock or if we require additional information for shipping verification, we will reach out to you directly.
After your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing the shipment tracking information.
