How long will my order take to arrive

We process and dispatch orders from our California warehouses Monday through Friday, typically within 24 hours. Approximately 95% of our online orders are expected to arrive within 2 to 5 business days.

Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

What shipping methods do you provide

At present, we work with DHL, UPS, FedEx, and USPS to offer ground shipping for all orders.

We currently do not provide expedited shipping options such as Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3-Day Select. Please plan accordingly when placing your order.

Where do you ship

We offer shipping services to the 48 contiguous states of the U.S., as well as Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

We do not provide shipping to APO/FPO addresses or international destinations.

How long does it take to ship my order

Orders placed on business days are typically shipped within 24 hours.

If an emergency occurs and the order cannot be shipped on time, we will contact you and provide an update.

What's the shipping fee

• Continental USA (48 states) Free shipping on orders over $35
• Alaska Hawaii Puerto Rico Shipping is typically $30–$60 per order. Cost and delivery time varies by item or shipment
